The Civic Chorus is excited to be hosting the 4th biennial Evanston Community Christmas Gala concert with the Civic Orchestra this year. We're going to be singing cool arrangements of several Christmas favorites. The blues arrangement of "Silent Night" is not your typical lullaby. Be prepared for dynamics and soul. "We Need a Little Christmas" is exciting and fast, and our Chorus/Orchestra combined song, "Christmas Day" by Gustav Holst, though unique in its arrangement of traditional carols, will sound familiar. We're excited to have other groups from the community performing also.
